We discovered many consumer reviews posted online for the Ab Lounge and the other models discussed in this article. The ratings given my the majority of the reviewers were mostly four and five stars of out a possible five stars. Not all of the ratings were positive, some of the people that left reviews gave it one or two stars.
The unique design and material makes this exercise machine comfortable and easy to get a great abdominal workout according several of the reviewers.
I can say that the Ab Lounger is a very quality machine after using it myself for several months years ago. I am about to pull it back out of storage so my sons can get some use out of it.
The training DVD that comes with Ab Lounger is a definite plus according to one of the reviewers. Following the video was what they needed to use it properly to give them a very positive result.
A couple of reviewers were not as thrilled with their purchase as they used it according to the recommendation and got zero results even after several weeks of use.
