Hi, each day thousand’s of people search over the Internet about best ab machines , people want to find out which ab machine can be most effective for ab workouts . I am made research my self and find some really interesting ab machines . Today I want to speak about Ab Doer Twist ab machine that you may seen on TV .
The design of the Ab Doer Twist machine is very unique in which that it places your body in a sitting position and targets not only your upper and lower abdominal muscles, but it also hits your obliques and lower back muscles to give you a more all around workout.
For years people have been obsessed with fitness and obtaining what seems to be an unattainable goal of lean and trim abs. Also known as six pack abs, which comes from the Way the muscles of the abdominal area form very well defined segments.
However, it is much easier said then done when it comes to achieving this level of fitness. For many years it was thought that the only way to tone and strengthen the muscles in the abdominal area was to do crunches.
Unfortunately, for many people this can be quite uncomfortable to do enough to make a real difference. The discomfort comes mostly in the neck and lower back area due to how the crunch is performed.
This prompted exercise equipment makers to develop ab machine that can target the core muscles of the abdominal area including the obliques and lower back. One of these machine was developed several years ago called Ab Doer Twist and it claimed to provide a Ab targeted workout.
Ab Doer Twist – What is this ?
As the name implies this machine targets the upper and lower abdominal muscles along with the obliques, thighs, hips and glutes. The machine is made from very durable high strength steel and it features flex torsion technology which creates the needed resistance to workout your muscles.
Another key to this ab twister machine is the rotating seat, it is over sized and very padded for your comfort. The built in resistance dial allows you to adjust the swivel action of the seat. The multiple action of the machine is how this type of exercise equipment delivers a high quality workout.
To generate the twisting motion the Ab Doer Twist machine also has uniquely shaped handle bar attached to the Flex Torsion Bar. By grasping the handle bar with both outstretched hands you begin twisting side to side.
To help support your back as you are exercising there is support roller attached to torsion bar and it comes in contact with your back as you sit on the seat.
The Ab Doer Twist system also comes in second version called Ab Doer Twist Professional Package. This includes a set of three optional torsion bars to add a higher level of resistance, a back support attachment that features three back support rollers and a training DVD that features high energy routines designed by the creator of the Ab Doer Twist system.

Does Ab Doer Twist Work – What are people saying about it?
We found several consumer reviews posted online for the Ab-Doer Twist machine and it received only four and five stars out of a possible five stars. There was only one issue mentioned as a negative and it had to do with a design limitation.
The machine only required a very small amount of assembly and the instructions made it very easy to accomplish according to all of the reviewers.
Once they had it assembled it was rather easy to follow the exercises as described on the videos included on the DVD. They were very complimentary of the way John Abdo explained all of the recommended exercises to get the most out of the machine.
The additional torsion bars included in the professional package and additional roller attachment were mentioned by one of the reviewers as a great addition and well worth the price.
According to the one reviewer that the design of back support rollers makes it nearly impossible to perform crunches and that is something they would change if they had a chance.
But I will recommend it first of all to people who have a difficulty with workouts on more advanced Ab Machines and who is recover after some kind of disability or have general weakness .
