Ab Coaster Review.
The Ab Coaster delivers a high intensity abdominal workout without all the pain. The Ab Coaster uses a system that creates a natural arc motion that targets the abdominal muscles. The seat/kneeling pad rotates to alter the movement which targets additional muscles in the core area.

What are people saying about Ab Coaster ?
We discovered that there were a dozen or so consumer reviews posted online for the Ab Coaster Ab Machine. The over whelming number of of the reviewer gave it four or five stars out of a possible five stars. There were a small number of reviewers that gave it a poor rating.
This machine is well worth the money according to several of the reviewers and after a month of use they are definitely seeing results they expected. One of the reviewers recommended that a new user should watch a YouTube video to ensure that they are using it properly.
According a couple of reviewers it was very easy to assemble and was very sturdy once they got it put together.
According to another reviewer in their opinion this ab machine is capable of helping people that use it correctly no matter what level of fitness you are. You don’t have to be in good shape and just wanted to tone your midsection a bit. The key is making sure you use it correctly and work on changing your diet.
There were only a handful of reviewers that gave it poor ratings. Two reviewers apparently received defective products and simply chose to return it for a refund and gave it a very poor rating.
The other reviewer appeared to be misinformed about how it should be used when they offered a warning to people with low back issues should not use it. But according to comments on their post people corrected them and said it worked great for them despite a back issue they had them self.
